This practice is designed to help you become acutely aware of how stress manifests in your body and to teach you techniques to release this tension.
We'll address common stress scenarios, like the frustration of a traffic jam, and explore how our autonomic nervous system responds to stress.
We can manage stress more effectively by understanding and acknowledging these physical reactions.
As you follow along, you'll learn to identify and release the physical sensations of stress, preparing you for a more relaxed and controlled response to everyday challenges. This session starts our journey towards a calmer, more confident you.
